- Account Information: Retained while your account is active

What Happens When You Cancel or Delete Your Account
When you cancel your subscription or delete your account, we immediately:
- Stop sending all reminders
- Cancel all active reminders
- Begin the data deletion process
- Delete all your reminders from our database
- Remove your phone number from our system
- Delete all account information and associated data
Complete deletion occurs within 30 days. We do not retain any of your personal data after cancellation. This includes reminders, phone numbers, account information, and all associated records.
Account Deletion: You can request complete account deletion at any time by texting "DELETE ACCOUNT" to +1 888 644 7578 or using our Support form. We will delete all your personal information within 30 days, and you can request immediate deletion if needed.
